Hello everyone. I have these. Would this help? I am unsure exactly what steering wheel this fits but it was for a Mastercraft. I took pictures of the inside and outside dimensions. The decal is supposed to be for the 25th anniversary of the ProStar.

I can't help you with the cap, but I was given a sheet of those decals for the steering wheel center. I'll look around and see if I can find it and I'll send you one. They may be at the lake, but at the moment I can't get there because of the stay at home rule so it could be several weeks.

A fellow on one of the faceplace ads had a few 25th center stickers.
