Bar Keepers Friend Stainless steel cleaner. I first tried to pressure wash it and it actually didn't do much. The Bar Keepers was really nice and cleaned it right up! I also took out each burner and cleaned them all out. You'll have to unbolt the front control panel to pull out each burner, but it's night and day if it's never been cleaned. Also, if any of the flame holes are plugged, just take a sharp nail or similar, and clean each one out.

Now the flames are even, consistent and fire right up.
