2017 XT23 - with more than 3.5yrs of warranty remaining
You're viewing a 2017 XT23 purchased new in April of 2019. Warranty went into effect 4/15/19 and runs through 4/15/24. Currently 161 hours. $99k.
Well optioned with 5500GDI (and includes OJ 845 15x13 prop), Dockstar, ZFT4, BTS, Deckadence, Premium Audio package with 7" touchscreen, transom remote, convertible center rear seat, stainless fender clips, Cordova cooler, bimini w/surf sleeves, heater, hydraulic seat lift, billet walk through, bow filler cushion, docking lights. And no funky stripe patterns, wild colors, etc. Timeless red and black with white/gray interior. This is one of the better appointed XT23s out there. The 5.3GDI with the OJ 845 is a perfect match for this boat. It's quiet, crazy-efficient, and never lacks for power. I wasn't sold on Dockstar when I first used it. I am now. It's a game changer in tight spaces once one learns how to use it. And the JL Audio/Fusion system is trouble free, very adjustable with zone control, and the premium audio sounds excellent for a stock system. We've surfed, we've skied, gulp...we've tubed...rarely, and we've hosted countless friends for evening cruises on White Bear Lake in Minny. My expectations were high. This XT23 has exceeded them all. She's been very well cared for. Winter was spent in heated indoor storage. Winterization and spring start performed by Midwest Water Sports, including a $650 interior/exterior and trailer detail this spring. From May through September she's lived on a brand new deep canopy Dock Rite lift. Tower down, raised up high enough under the canopy that sun never hits any part of the hull at any time of day. Cleaned, Vinyl Sauce, and Boat Brite weekly. She's never seen a shoe, flip flop, or dog paw. When I purchased the boat in the spring of '19 I intended to sell at this point as I'd like the next owner to have the full confidence of the remaining 3.5+ years of warranty and meaningful boating season left. We still use her almost daily, so hours will slowly increase as August/September here in Minny are perfect. I'm posting here first. Depending on interest, I'd move next to Only Inboards/Craigslist/FB Marketplace before the weekend. Apologies in advance for the poor pic quality. I had to reduce resolution/size about 95% to work on the site. I have plenty of high quality images if anyone would like to see more. |

so tempted...but my boat hasn't been totaled out yet. I'm guessing this will sell too quickly before that decision is made by the insurance company...crud...

Appreciate it. Hope she finds a new home with someone that has enjoyed her as much as we have!
Here are a few more pics. And feel free to insert jokes/comments about me towing her with my Taco... |

I agree at that price with those options and low hours it shouldn’t last long.

I've listed the boat on OnlyInboards, CL, and FB. Many questions and comments - nothing serious at this point though. In the interest of transparency, hours now 164.8!

Quick update...thought my XT23 was sold but the buyer opted to spend more for an X22 instead.
So, still actively for sale. Hours now 173. I'll keep it listed until the first or second week of October. If not sold, I'll winterize and put in heated storage for the winter. |
