New X24

Just purchased new X 24. I am hoping to get some advice on setting up the boat for optimal surf wave. Half of family/friends are goofy half regular. I need help with both sides. If extra lead ballast is necessary where should it be placed? What about adjusting factory settings on speed and trim tabs? Stock wave was impressive but of course we always want more. Iíll gladly take advice from anyone who has had a chance to figure the boat out.

We have an X24 and I can’t seem to beat the factory’s settings. Especially when the boat is loaded. HUGE

If not doing transfers I have regular side set at; front, mid , and port tanks 100%. SB 80%. Tab is 50% for steep. 65% mellow. Speed vary from 11.3 - 11.7. This is with three people and 300 in lead. Very clean and long face when surfing mellow at 11.7. We use stock settings fro both when working on transfers. With full boat more speed is usually necessary. Listing the boat a little to surf side really gets a clean face.

Thanks for the info! We just got our new 19’ x24 a few weeks ago and so far have just used stock profiles. Gonna try out your suggestions next time we go out.
