X55 Wakesurfing

Seems like there are still questions about wakesurfing behind an X55, so I thought I would share a recent video from 3 weeks ago of our son in-law surfing behind our 2013 X55 with the GEN 1 system. We get a pretty good wake and have 3 sweet spots, so we are happy with it.

We were surfing again this weekend and I was able to surf as far back as the handle on the rope, so guessing that is about 10 feet and I found one other spot a few more feet further back, but had trouble maintaining it.

that wave doesn't look too bad. how is it on the goofy side? I'm considering getting a 2009 X55 and want to use it for surfing... I'm concerned that it won't put out a good enough wave
