I'm with Aric on this one (once again). You have $6K (up here where I live) for an interior and if those chips are any indication as to what we're not seeing I'd add another $2K - $3K for the gel coat work. Personal effort to do stereo refresh plus misc. supplies and pieces/parts add another $1K. The cover is junk which is probably why the interior is shot so add another $1K.

While the 205V was a popular and solid boat it (obviously) lacked a tower, ballast system and it would appear Perfect Pass as well. Sure you can add both but it won't be cheap. By the time you have everything fixed and upgraded you're going to have quite a bit of cash tied up in it. With all the above you could easily have $4K - $5K in X-Series type standard features.

On the positive side it is low hours, complete and non molested. It would make a great project boat for someone looking to get in cheap and build value into the boat as it is repaired/upgraded.

$16 would be high for me but for someone else???? Absolutely too late in the season to try for the best selling price but who knows.......
