The trans itself is fine, it was the pump that went. Covered under warranty, should be done tomorrow. Doubtful.

Aric what is the warranty on that truck? 3/36? Could you have just missed that thing not being covered?

Itís covered. CPO warranty is 7/100,000. Itís still covered under the power train warranty at 5/60,000.

Having a warranty on these new vehicles is key. I wont own one without one because of instances likes yours. Things happen on these trucks and its nice to not have to pay for the repairs.

My local Ford dealer throws in a lifetime powertrain warranty. Pretty nice perk.
