STIG = Do you have the replacement model for the rear hatch?

I recently noticed my rear 2 hatches on a 03 197 would not hold the seat up unless it was in the full up position. If it was slightly down it wanted to close completely.
I believe you said you replaced them all, so I'm hoping you have the part number. TIA

Ill see if I can find them and get back to you shortly.

Found it... here's the site and item link.

I still have them with the clamshell engine cover ones in a box somewhere, just haven't found them yet. I will warn that the ones I got for the observer seat were not that strong and don't always hold it up.

Send a message via AIM to 88 PS190
FWIW napa has always been able to source any gas shock I've needed.

I don't think these are the right. I ordered the same ones on Amazon, they are only for the sundeck/trunk, not the dogbox.

Has anyone found the Amazon or Napa cross for the dogbox shocks? Would like to order these today. No one carries the SPD-GSNI-6615

Here's a possible solution

https://waterskis.com/gas-shock-40-m...nd-ski-locker/
This website has several versions. So select the right one.

I recently installed these....a little more resistance than the originals but otherwise work well.

Part # - ST270ED1-45

Bought these for my 02 PS197 and they work great. There are EZ release tabs that are VERY nice. Can't speak upon longevity but the reviews are solid.
