Not to jump back into methods of preventing stealing and I know it is kind of stupid but if you have a swing away tongue I feel it is always a good idea to pull the pin and either hide it or take it with you. Just one more thing that makes it pretty difficult to steal without. Sorry for the loss on the boat... it was a bueat. Hopefully they will wind up finding and all will be well!

agreed, i do the same thing. also add a coupler lock and ball lock...the more hoops to jump through the better. however, in his case when it was stored in an unwatched location for months on end, they could have gotten through all of those things in time without anyone bothering them anyway.

Did you have your boat worked on at sergio's boat spa in Discovery Bay? I saw pictures of your boat on there from March of 2020. You probably had it in possession back then but thought I'd check. Identical CF numbers.

Yup I do the same thing and will even throw a storage lock through the hole where the pin is inserted.

This just popped up on my page.

I just bought my PS209 last fall.

If I was still in the market, I'd be flying to Idaho this weekend.
