A little red before I light the BGE and do some Chipotle-Marinated Flat Iron Steak with Avocado/Corn Relish! Once the fire is going the shaker will come out! Happy Friday TT's!!!!

I'm pursuing my lifelong quest for the perfect, the absolutely driest martini to be found in this or any other world. And I think I may have hit upon the perfect formula :

Enjoy Mike. I'm having a couple of Jack Daniel's tonight. No shaking required. But as you know, I love the Beefeater shaken to the max at times.

Lots of Good Bourbon choices - for casual drinking like Buffalo Trace and Basil Hadens. Was given a bottle of Little Book Bourbon for the holidays and it was amazing!!!

I've only had 4 different ones to this point. Four Roses, Weller (Red Label), Weller (Green Label), Basil Hadens, and Calumet (sp?). So, I guess that is actually 5. I like the Weller Red and Four Roses (I think it is called Four Roses) the best of that group. I have to revisit the Basil Hadens as I only had that on x-mas day and my mind was not on the bourbon in my glass that day. The Calumet is my least favorite of the group. The Weller green label is good and better than the Calumet.

On a side note a friend got us those sphere ice cube molds for bourbon. They are molds of the Death Star...so I'm extra evil when I'm drinking burbon...and I breath a little funny.

Nice!

I like the weller and have some at home. Ready for sipping. Eagle Rare is one of my favorites.

My latest is spicy tequila on the rocks. These two are quite tasty.
