Need to replace rear bench seat strap tie downs.

I am looking for the rear bench seat strap tie down for a Prostar 209. It is a black rubber tube with black plastic hooks on each end and measures about 13 inches long. We use them when converting the bench to the sundeck. Anyone have an idea for the proper name for these? I have searched several online boat part websites and cannot find anything similar. Anyone have a suggestion for a suitable replacement?

Can you post a pic of what the straps look like, as I'm missing both…on my 197

If you have the originals and the rubber segment is broken the end clips can actually be disassembled. The outer sleeve can be pushed off and then the tabs holding the rubber segment can be pushed up with a flat tip screwdriver. Then you can replace the rubber portion with the same diameter bungee cord. I replaced the rubber segment using the original clips for the rear seat in my Prostar 190.
