Engine is finally back in the boat and all of the wiring is connected. Just need to install the exhaust, heat exchanger and plumbing.

Thanks! It’s been a lot more work than I was expecting. Being a salt water boat so many parts were seized or corroded. Everything is new or completely restored.

Itís been taking me much longer than I expected but Iím almost there!

Any ideas on how to make the manifolds work with the muffler? Iím thinking of a flexible exhaust hose (still barely flexible) and then increasing the height of the muffler by adding a coupler and extending the bottom hose that holds the muffler.

Finally got it turned on and she runs!

Had a little bit of coolant leaking and an oil leak in one of the transmission hoses but other than that it seems to run perfectly. I just turned it on using s hose. Next I need to align it and put it in the water.

I would remove that metal frame and get it powder coated. I wish I had done this with mine, while my boat was beeing restored.
