I can imagine the new engine sound will take some getting used to. I went from an '08 - '09 MCX and the difference was significant. When I went back to an '08 a few years ago, I had trouble getting used to it. Loved the sound, but didn't want to bother the neighbors as much, so to speak. Glad you found the problem.
