We went out yesterday on the public side. Wind was bad most of the time, but calmed down as we were leaving around 5. Ready for the nicer weather to start!

All my kids have wetsuits now but they don't want to wear them. I only skiid once a couple weeks ago. Gotta get this season started right. It has been crazy windy every sunny day we've had... Looking forward to a calm windy day!

I'm getting mine ready for the season now, trying to knock out some little maintenance stuff that I always put off.

Since I don't own a place up there, I always put in at a friend's house... so I'm not sure when I'll be back out on LKA until this Covid clears up.

TDOT, you hang out at Cocktail Cove any? You might know my friend George Murphy. Blue and black Wakesetter with ALL the Wetsounds. Also Greg Staufer (GregS on TT), he lives a few minutes away from me here in Chesterfield/Powhatan.

I do know Greg, ton of fun to ski with... and we are at cocktail quite often... mostly in the morning till things get wild.

Greg is a great guy, we go to the same gym and end up talking boats and Mustangs more than working out sometimes...

It's about a 1.25hr drive for me to get to LKA, and if it were up to me we would be there at 8am, but I'm married... and none of the girls want to leave at 6:30am haha. So we're usually on the water between 11am and noon

I'll keep an eye out for you next time I make it out!
