I have a buyer and his lender has asked for a boat inspection. They said the dealer that services the boat can do it. This is a first for me. Should I be worried? I know how crazy home inspections can go. Who should pay for it? Any experience out there?

That would certainly be the buyers responsibility, for sure.

I've done this on two boats, and the buyer always pays. The good news is that this is normally a serious buyer.
