Random Warm Start Issues - 2001 LTR

Hello, I've been having a random warm start issues. Boat starts fine when its cold, we go for a run, turn it off, few minutes later I try to start it it wont start. This does not happen all the time, only some times. Last time I was able to start it by putting in neutral and giving it a gas while cracking it.

I ohmed the ECT and seems to be fine. The fact that this does not happen all the time is annoying, since I can't fully test all the parts when I can. The knock sensor was recently changed. Engine temp always steady, water pump is fine.

Here is a video of what happens:

Boat is a 2001 X-10 with LTR 330 engine. Otherwise boat runs perfect.

Any ideas? Should I change the ECT anyway?
