MC corporate contact?

All,

Unfortunately the brief relationship with the dealer where I bought my boat has reached a point where they refuse to return phone calls or emails. IMO, legal action is a ďloseĒ for both parties so Iíd prefer to not go down that road.

If anyone has contact information for corporate could you please forward to me? Iím hoping that perhaps they can mediate between me and the dealer. PM is fine if you donít want to disclose on the forum.

TIA,

Chris

Sorry to Hear. Good luck, hopefully you can get in touch with some that can help you and the dealer work it out.

Good luck, I find many of their corporate team is super eager to help out when needed. Then again, I think the dealers are usually eager to support the brand as well.

Good luck bro!

This is a great example of a something has gone wrong post, he doesn't trash the MC brand on MC's own website. He just asks for what he needs knowing corporate will take care of it. Be like this guy.

Thanks everyone for the support. Several folks provided me contact info for people to try at corporate. That will be my next step. Iíll be sure to update the post when there is some sort of a solution.

May we ask what the issue is/was and do we have a resolution post in the future?

Let it play out, and I'll bet it will be more appropriate for him to post at that stage.
