97 maristar vrs bilge pump

I recently purchased a 97 maristar 200v with 250 hours.
I noticed that my bilge pump isnít working. Not in auto and not in manual. Where can I find the fuse to check it and where is the float located because I couldnít see it.

Well, I don't have the same boat (there was a major redesign between our years), but it's likely the rubber button just above or below the bilge pump switch on the dash - that button hides a push-in circuit breaker.
The likelihood is that the motor is seized in the bilge pump, so when you reset the circuit breaker and hit the "manual" switch, the breaker will simply pop again. In which case, it's time for a new pump - they're reasonably disposable.
Looks like you have this:
and the float is the white block on the left of the picture. I'm sure there's one somewhere around the pump if you look. If not, the float may be built into the pump.
