Restored Teak Swim Platform that was cracked

I had some cracks in my teak swim platform so rather than spend like 600 for a new one, my father helped by taking on the project with the help of the west coast epoxy system. Here are the pictures of the damage....

For the center crack, he used a router to router out the center and put a stainless steel bolt in there.

Then he cleaned it with the epoxy cleaner before filling it with epoxy.

He proceeded to clamp it while it cured for 24 hours. 2nd picture is end result.

He also put a dowel in the front damaged part and filled that with epoxy as well.
