    Yes, insurance companies are paying to remove the boats. Contractors are coming up with some creative ways to remove the boats!!

          Pictures...please. really unfortunate for those boat owners but rigging and picking boats is of interest to the group here

          I live on a river with water level created by a lock and dam....could be me someday.

            Wow, hate to see this for all who live there and for those downstream.

            Our lake is 13ft above normal with more rain in the next 24hrs; state camp grounds closed, launches closed, marina parking lots underwater, and the public park - Sandy Beach - is about 8ft underwater.
