One other thing, the pads on my Basta boat lift did not form well to the hull. The boat was sitting so awkward on the pads that I was not comfortable with it and pulled the boat out of the water. Aparantly Basta makes double bunks which would support the boat better so I'm calling them first thing tomorrow.

Surfman! It was great meeting you at Adrenaline as well, it's not often you bump into another X23 man considering that less than 5 of them have been delivered thus far in the Seattle area.

I have the hybrid which has lower tow ratings for some reason than the non hybrid Tahoe but this is definitely a monster of a boat for the Tahoe. It's not a biggie for me as I don't tow that much but it would be nice to have a truck that can handle it better.
The 45 was a challenge for our Tahoe in some situations. Moved to the 6.2, no challenges anymore.

My dealer continues to tell me Mastercraft doesn't produce white trailers anymore. However I see them everywhere on 2014 and 2015 models.

Please explain how you were able to get a white MC trailer.

So dealer have more pull than others even though for the price we pay for these boats they should do whatever it is we want.

MasterCraft is trying hard to discontinue the white trailer and I have no idea why. Any boat that has any white on it (i.e. most boats) would look good on a white trailer, not to mention the number of tow vehicles that are white.

I had to fight pretty hard to get the white trailer. First, I kept sending my dealer pictures of other X23s on a white trailer. Then I called MasterCraft who had me call MasterCraft's dealer rep. Then all of a sudden a white trailer was possible... Since my boat was already in production they tried to charge me a $500 change fee for the white trailer which I also had to fight a little to have them waive.

So long story short, they are trying to discontinue it but they can easily make you a white trailer. You just have to push a bit...

I really appreciate Cory's OCD attention to detail in these covers, plus the cost is completely reasonable.

Saw your boat driving to work this morning. I did a double take and almost drove into the car in front of me. I was planning on driving slowly by it on the way home. That is one nice looking 23!!

I will keep an eye for your boat on the lake.

If you ever need a hand pulling that beauty out of the water just give me a call. I would be more than happy to pull her home.... I mean back to your house.

Seriously - if you ever get in a bind don't hesitate to ask. I don't live from you.
