^ Haha, funny, try not to cause any accidents on W Lake Samm. Are you on the lake? Sounds like a Team Talk beer session is in order for this summer. I'll let you know if my truck gets sucked into the lake by the boat. Hopefully your truck is strong enough to pull both a Tahoe and a X23 out of the water simultaneously!

With that boat I wouldn't be surprised if you don't cause an accident or two.

I am not on the lake but sure wish I was. If West Lake Samm wasn't such an easy way to go to work I would avoid it. It is pure torture looking at the boats and houses along the lake, and god forbid the water is glass.

I know what you mean, it drives me nuts when the water is glass (i.e. pretty much every day) and I have to get the kids to school or get to work...

That material looks similar to that of the factory covers. I'm going to get a waterline cover made for the boat as it sits on a lift most of its life.

What material is the cover?

It's Sunbrella. I'm not sure what the factory cover material is but it feels and looks different.

I am thinking that I may need to get a different cover for my X-23. I have had pooling issues and leaks around the tower with the factory cover. I am sure the pooling issues are mainly me not doing a good job. Just wondering if I should go with the over the tower cover or go third party. The poles and straps are a kind of a pain as well.

Any suggestions?

Evolution Cover for the X23 [pictures]

I had issues with the over tower cover pooling on my star. Had to extend the front support 6" with a 6x6. Seemed to fix it, but only time mine is outside is while we're at the lake, weekends and 1 week a summer.
Otherwise the over tower is awesome. No more bug splatter on speakers, etc.
