    X Star Swim Platform

The black rubber on my swim platform was giving off black "stuff" and spoiling my seats when the kids walk over them. In South Africa MC accesories are not easy to get so I made my own. Was quite a job but I like the finish.

I have never worked with the deckadence stuff, what did you use to glue it down?

                Glue

I tried various glues on small test pieces and found Gemken's industrial contact to be the best.

Make a paper template, put both carpets together one on top of the other and cut with a jigsaw. Slowly and carefully.

Not deckadance, but presumably a similar product. Made by 3m. Excellent product. I have actually done the entire boat.

Anyone have a problem with the engine cover 'creeping' towards the stern? Also looking for a way to raise the driver's seat on a '96 Prostar 205.
