De-winterization??

I know that you need to winterize a boat, but I have seen references to de-winterization.

What exactly is required of Mastercraft boats wrt de-winterization?

Is there a list of what gets done?

Thanks.

If you do a search on this topic, I think you will find a detailed list of what to do. In general though, you need to make sure that all plugs are, hoses connected and tight, etc., oil is full, battery charged, then flush the antifreeze out(do not simply dump this into the lake, try to do it in your driveway and recover the material as it can be toxic.)
This is just a basic overview and I would highly suggest eith looking at your owners manual or doing a search on this to get further detail.

Thanks. For some reason, I thought it was something more than it is.

I see the list that East TX Skier has and it makes sense.

Sorry, I should have done a search first.

Go to the link below. There is a ton of valuable information there and there is a dewinterization check list that will help you.
