Lakefront Condo’s in a rental program

Who has one? What’s your experience been? I’m looking towards the future for a place to possibly go when I retire and periodically use now for vacation.

You could start a condo rental community on Berlin. I am sure that is a red hot market.

I don’t think so. I want to make money not lose it. I was more thinking somewhere south, Tennessee, Carolinas, Virginia.
On a side note, have you looked at the home prices on Berlin lately?

Not lately but I assume prices are going to skyrocket once the Corp confirms that they will keep more water in the lake later in the season.
