2015 X30 needs new PCM/ECM ?

Purchasing a 2015 X30 possibly this weekend. It is a fresh trade with 230 hrs. Dealer is performing the following prior to me picking up. Prev owner purchased new from this dealer and traded for a new Nautique

Gel coat repair on bow: Prev owner was terrible at docking boat
New check valve and fitting barb?
New bilge pump switch

New ECM or PCM board causing a false overheat notification on 5.7 engine?

Still under warranty until mid 2021.

Should I be concerned with any of these necessary repairs?

Thanks in advance.

I wouldn’t especially with warranty left.
These are normal for sprucing up used boats.
A lot of Mastercraft logos on the side of boats end up replaced as well due to damage from docks also.
