Nxt 22 prop help

Hi there I have a 2021 nxt22 with a 6.0. I damaged the prop yesterday. It appears to be OJ 849 15 x 15 3. There is no material missing. I have two questions. Can these props be repaired and work correctly and I have found a new OJ 14.75x15.5 will this prop work correctly on the nxt 22 boat as well? Over under rev? Does anyone have any suggestions on what other props may be well suited for this boat. Thank you

So i damaged my prop couple weeks ago. There was material missing so i wasnt sure if it could be repaired. I contacted Tennessee Propeller & Metalworks. They fixed it and sent it back to me and it looks brand new! I highly recommend.

I'd call Eric at OJ. He will get you hooked up at a great price and fix your damaged prop (assuming it can be repaired).

Data point for you...
X25, 6.0L at sea level, stock ballast, plug and play in lockers, 500lb shot, plus 5-6 folks or 850 Sumo in cockpit, so, pretty heavily weighted.
14.75 x 15.5 turns at about 3700 RPM to surf, which is higher than I like but it will plane out to travel with the ballast full. Gas consumption at high rate of use is 8-9 GPH. I tried a 14.75 x 17.5 and it was too much prop for the combination, nice RPM (about 3100-3200) but barely got to surf speed and no ability to plane out. Trying 15 x 15.75 next. Research shows about 200-225 RPM per 1" pitch depending on application. I would go with a larger diameter prop if there was room because I think they might be more efficient at surf speeds.
Example: Friend with G25 heavily weighted has 18 x 16 (or 16.5) and his 6.2L surfs at about 3200 RPM and can plane out no problem. His gas consumption is 11 GPH IIRC.
