Axis makes one that is actually quite functional - spring loaded clamping mechanism and holds the phone well. It does have the Axis logo but that could easily be covered with some padding. $200 on-line.

I had the dealership do it but pretty sure it's just bolted on. There is easy access to get some bolts to the back from up in the bow.

Call Bruce at Action Watersports in Fenton, MI. He has them in stock.
