New Project 2001 Maristar 230 SV

Hi All,
We just sold out 94 Maristar 225 that we refurbished and just purchased a 2001 Maristar 230 sv. The boat is similar but I have to deal with a few issues on the new boat.

1. Need to replace the 2 curved sections of windshield. SPoke to Taylor who made the windshield for this boat, they can replace the glass but if the frame is bent they cant do it. Any recommendations on who could make a few of the frame pieces without getting an entire new custom windshield
2. Speedometer reads 50mph plus all the time, oil pressure reads over 80. Fuel, temp and volts seem ok. Any suggestions on issue there? the instrument module (where the speedo cable connects) was replaced recently
3. Transmission seems to come out of gear slowly. When I put into neutral from either forward or reverse, the shaft keeps spinning for a few seconds. is this normal? My old boat seemed to stop spinning quicker.
4. is there a recommended engine scanner that anyone uses to check any codes, misfires etc. Just not sure what to get.
Will post pics soon, interior is in nice shape. Will completely restore exterior at my detail shop.
