MC touch screen repairs

Send in your touch screen for a free repair quote.
Your touch screen suffers ghosting issues, settings are changing on their own or weird gremlins, send it for a free assessment.
If your boat is out of warranty don’t despair the screen can be fixed for a fraction of a new one.
Turn around time can take a month so winter time is the best opportunity to get your touch screen fixed.

I’m so intrigued. What’s the problem with them?

I don't feel great about shipping someone a $5000 electronic. Do you have anyone on here who can vouge for you. How many of these repairs have you completed...
I suppose it's not much different than the older ballast timers, but that seemed well established by the time I sent mine in to get programmed.

Not trying to be a smart A - just a serious question: If it’s broken, what do you have to lose? (other than the cost of shipping)

Good point but it still functions 90% of the time. Would be great to have 100. But not worth ditching it for a new one $$$$ . I was thinking of putting a switch on the power supply to reset it occasionally instead of powering it off with the battery switch

I understand the concerns some of you have voiced with having a screen that still works “somewhat” and not feeling comfortable sending the unit out. Unfortunately at some point the screen will become totally unresponsive or lockup in certain menus. You may feel more comfortable to send it then since you will have basically a paper weight.
I’m offering a no charge quote and I will offer 90 warranty on par with industry refurbs.

I can see both sides. I have no doubt you are offering a legit service....however for "just anyone" to send you a working screen seems risk, until it totally dies.
